One of the best service for my cat. The vet made sure all my guestions were answered. The cost was only $55.00 better than most places for the great service I received

Front desk has a terrible demeanor, and even if you follow policy she will try to charge you more for her having to do her job. If you ask for a manager she won’t put on one the phone because she knows she’s in the wrong. All over me not having gas money to drive 7 hours LAST MINUTE and having to cancel WITHIN their policy. WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID IN FULL FOR SERVICE. do not recommend. If front staff don’t care, I can’t feel safe with my animal going there. Two months trying to coordinate an echocardiogram for my cat. I guess if she does have heart problems we will never know because the front desk lady doesn’t want to schedule it. Hospital manager called back just to speak down to me too. Completely unnecessary when I have already asked for a refund on a 900 plus charge. They just want to make people feel small. So they can feel big. Terrible way to treat patients Edit: Don’t believe their response because they emailed me the exact opposite. Their responses for show and not how they’re replying in email. Almost laughable how this response is an actually not in good faith to the client but for show for Google.

Dr. Cook is amazing. Staff is competent and kind. Avoid Dr. Joyce at all costs. He's not a good person or a good vet.
